Low season: November 1st to March 31th = Euro 200,00 per night.

Main/high season: April 1st to October 31th = Euro 250,00 per night.

You may call or send an e-mail to check the availability of the apartment.
If it is available we will send you a provisional booking letter together with an invoice for the deposit of 50%.
As soon as the payment is received we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
We recommend that you purchase holiday cancellation insurance because no refunds will be given.
Car rental
If you would like to rent a car during your stay, we will gladly assist and make a reservation for a suitable car at a good price on your behalf.

We are a German couple who have been living on São Miguel, the main island of the Azorean archipelago, for more than twenty years.
Apart from German, we speak English, French and Portuguese.
We live directly next-door to the apartment and will gladly provide you with ideas for your sight-seeing tours, transportation, restaurants, whale-watching or souvenirs.
You are welcome to use our extensive library of travel guides and books on the Azores’ flora and fauna.
We can also pick you up from the airport in Ponta Delgada if you would like us to.
